Last week I signed up for a Shutterfly account, and it was probably one of the best things I could have done. As part of signing up, I received 15 free 4×6 prints. Normally they would be about 29 cents a piece. I ordered 4 pictures, all on matte paper, not glossy, and they came back much better than I had anticipated. If you want to print digital photos, I highly suggest Shutterfly over printing them out on your own printer.
